- All practice packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-shareable.
- All packages will be forfeited upon expiration.
- By default, all practice packages are available only in the open bay.
- Early Bird option must be used by 12:00 PM on weekdays and is unavailable on weekends or PH.
- 2 Practice credits can be converted to a 9-hole or 18-hole game (bay only).

- Any game extension beyond the allocated time is chargeable, except for a free 15-minute extension, which is only available if there is no next booking.

- Lesson cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in one lesson credit deduction.
- Packages are non-refundable, and non-transfreable, and non-shareable.
- All the packages' validity will be forfeited after the validity period expires.
- Expiry can be extended with a flight ticket and medical document.
- Pair lessons include 2 bays, with each person using 50 minutes.
- Pair lesson holders switching to an individual lesson are required to deduct two lesson credits.
- Private lesson holders switching to a pair lesson are required to pay a bay free for additional bay usage.
- Field lessons must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance, and all expenses are not included in the lesson fee.
