Important Notice

By booking a lesson, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

• All lesson packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
• Acecoins or Lesson Credits will be deducted regardless of attendance.
• If you cancel/change a lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the Lesson credits or Acecoins equivalent of the full lesson fee will still be deducted.
• If you fail to show up for a lesson without prior notice, the Lesson credits or Acecoins equivalent of the full lesson fee will be deducted and no additional lesson or compensation will be provided.
• Lesson times begin promptly at the scheduled booking time. There is no grace period for late arrival.
• If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled end time.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be considered a no-show, and Lesson Credits or Acecoins will be deducted.
• Extensions to lesson packages may be granted in cases of valid flight tickets, medical certificates, or requests made by HCGC.
• If you fix the lesson schedule, it cannot be changed unless the club provides prior consent. The club will not be responsible for any cancellation or change of time during the scheduled lesson.
• If you fail to show up for two consecutive lessons without prior notice, the time slot will be opened to the public.
